How It Works: Our Booking Process

To ensure an organized and stress-free planning experience, here is what to expect:

1. Inquiry Form: Fill out our online contact form with your event date, estimated budget, and initial vision.

2. Consultation Call: A member of the Clumsy Goose Farm team will reach out to schedule a phone call to dive into all your design details.

   Please note: While we work closely with you to customize your flowers, final designs will ultimately depend on what is locally available during your event week. I will do everything I can to grow source blooms that fit your theme or vibe. 

3. Custom Proposal: Following our call, you will receive a detailed floral proposal and price quote via email.

4. Lock in Your Date: To secure your date on our calendar, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required. Dates are not held without a deposit.

5. Final Details: Final headcounts, table adjustments, and your remaining balance are due 30 days prior to your event date.
