The "Fine Print": Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. The Nature of Farming (Weather Clause) By purchasing a share, you are joining us in the adventure of a first-year farm. While we plan our harvests meticulously, Mother Nature is ultimately in charge. Start dates are approximate. In the event of extreme weather (frost, flood, or drought), we reserve the right to shift pickup dates. We will communicate any changes to you immediately via email.

2. Pickup Responsibility & Window Flowers are a perishable product. Our pickup window is strictly Saturday 10:00 AM through Sunday 6:00 PM. * Any bouquets not collected by Sunday at 6:00 PMwill be donated to a local community space or nursing home.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or "make-up" bouquets for missed pickups that were not coordinated in advance.

3. Vacation & Travel We are happy to accommodate travel with a minimum of 7 days' advanced notice. With notice, you may choose to:

  • Gift your bouquet to a friend for pickup.
  • Request a "double-up" of flowers on an adjacent scheduled weekend (subject to availability).
  • Requests made with less than 7 days' notice cannot be guaranteed.

4. The "Jar Swap" (Designer Tier Only) To maintain our commitment to sustainability, Designer Tier subscribers agree to the "Swap" model. Please return your clean glass jar from the previous delivery when picking up your new one. A $5 fee may be assessed for unreturned or broken jars at the end of the season.

5. Communication Email is our primary way of reaching you. By subscribing, you agree to receive our "Flower Alert" emails. Please add [Your Email Address] to your contacts to ensure you don’t miss important pickup reminders!
